Waterproofing

Flashing Repair
We use Flash Seal, which is a long-lasting repair system designed to stop leaks from faulty or deteriorated flashings around chimneys, stacks, and vents.
Water Repellent
We use ChimneySaver water repellent to protect masonry from water penetration and to prevent costly damage to your chimney.
Crown Sealing
If your crown is cracked or poorly constructed and allowing water penetration, we can seal the crown with the best material available unless the damage is severe.
